But before that game with the Traveler and Paimon, there was Honkai Impact 3rd, a smaller hit that blew up with the success of Genshin. The recent announcement of Honkai Star Rail, a spin-off from Honkai Impact 3rd, naturally got the community hyped for the new adventures. With the closed beta around the corner, we decided to let you know how you can pre-register and join the game's beta with this Honkai Star Rail preregistration guide.

How to Pre-Register for Honkai Star Rail

Although there is no current official information on how to go about it, there should be no big secret to pre-register for Honkai Star Rail. The process should be similar to Genshin Impact or any other mobile game, taking no more than a couple of minutes or even less to sign-up for the beta.

All that you have to do is look up the game in the Play Store for Android users and Apple App Store for iOS users, enter the game page and hit that pre-register button as soon as it becomes available. In case the game is coming to PC or consoles as well, something that is yet to be confirmed, pre-registration is likely to be done via the official Honkai Star Rail website.

How to Sign-Up for the Honkai Star Rail Beta

With pre-registration out of the way, the most important detail now is the upcoming Honkai Star Rail closed beta, which is only available for PC and iOS, no Android for the time being. Starting on October 8, 2021, it will be your first chance to see how the game looks and plays, with most players very curious to witness it's alleged mix of open world adventure and turn-based combat.

Judging by miHoYo's approach with Genshin Impact, which has several closed betas to test upcoming content, we would guess that they will once again ask players to fill in a Google Form. This would be made available on the official social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Discord. In the end there was a twist, since the form is available through miHoYo's own infrastructure, so you can sign up for the Honkai Star Rail closed beta here, but you need to log in or create a miHoYo account before proceeding.
