Apparently, some players were led to believe that the free MMORPG Age of Wushu wasn’t going to be free-to-play at all. We knew otherwise, since the Founder’s Packs and the limited trial weren’t indication that the business model had changed.
However, Snail Games decided to clarify things by saying that all it takes to enjoy the free-to-play Age of Wushu is to register an account and download the game. When players get in the game, they’re free to enjoy combat, stories and explore locations, as well as making alliances and much more without having to pay. You’re free to participate in the intricate economy system and buy clothes that do not enhance any stats or abilities. All skills sold in the mall will also be low-level skills, so gameplay won’t be affected in the long haul.
