Wargaming just announced the official launch date for the highly anticipated aerial combat MMO game World of Warplanes. WoW will be officially released in North America and Europe on September 26th. World of Warplanes will go live with over 100 different aircraft models across the United States, Germany, Russia, Japan, and the recently announced line of the British planes.
The closed and open betas resulted in nearly three million players participating in the game. While World of Tanks remains the studio's greatest asset with over 60 million registered players, World of Warplanes and World of Warships will surely bring quite a few more millions of players to the table.
