Call of Duty Online is one of those odd games that would make perfect sense to be released in North America and Europe, but Activision chose to focus its efforts on China. Developed by Activision Shanghai, this game is now shifting development duties to Raven Software, the North American studio known mostly for some X-Men games and the collaboration on Call of Duty: Black Ops, Modern Warfare 3 and Ghosts.
Now the studio is also getting to work on Call of Duty Online, a curious decision seeing that the game is currently a China exclusive. Could this mean that an English version is in the works or we're reading too much into this decision?
