Snail Games has just revealed its lineup for ChinaJoy 2016 (July 27 – July 31) and Age of Wushu 2 is one of the games that will get the spotlight. One of the things that we already know is that this MMORPG will run on the Unreal Engine 4 instead of the in-house Flexi Engine, and should see a massive visual overhaul, as well as new gameplay features including more interactivity, destructible environments and more fluid combat scenes.
There are no screens or teasers right now, so we're left wondering if Age of Wushu 2 will follow on the original's colorful but not extremely realistic look, or go for a more stylized, Blade & Soul kind of approach. Whatever it is, we hope it improves on the interesting combat and other clever mechanics of Age of Wushu.
