It took quite a while, but Nuked Cockroach (cool name, sounds like something out of Fallout) finally announced the open beta date for its top-down military arcade shooter Veterans Online.
Veterans Online enters open beta in March 2018, but the team isn't willing to give us an exact day for the start. They seem to be excited, though, and say that the frequent delays were due to the desire of offering players the best experience that they could.
There is no new gameplay trailer, only the one that you can see below, released early 2017. You can also check some short gameplay segments taken from DGC Dubai 2017.
Veterans Online looks like a lot of fun, a throwback to classic games such as Commando, Ikari Warriors or Cannon Fodder, but updated for the current generation. Keep watching this one.
