TERA‘s console version is coming soon and En Masse Entertainment focuses on it for its new developer diary video. The publisher also confirmed that a North America and European console release is planned for the first half of 2018. Already available on PC for a handful of years, TERA is now finding its path to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The developer diary looks at some of the thought that happened behind the decision to take TERA to consoles. The “True Action Combat” moniker was obviously one of the main factors, and now that consoles have matured and the developers aren't bound by hardware limitations, this release is about to happen.
Watch the video featuring Senior Product Manager Matt Denomme and Senior Project Manager Daehyun Shim. A more specific TERA console release date, as well as beta test plans should be revealed in the coming months.
