The Veterans Online open beta was expected to begin sometime in March 2018 but guess what? It didn't, and until today there was no word on why this was happening.
Now, developer Nuked Cockroach shed some light on this matter and revealed the real reason for the lack of news: lag. The developers have encountered some issues with the servers' capacities and is now working on this. As soon as this problem is fixed, the open beta date will be announced. Nuked Cockroach is “testing day and night”, with the latest test taking place this Sunday. If everything works out fine, the next stage of Veterans Online should be about to begin.
