This September is turning out to be good. There are a few potentially great free-to-play games coming this month – including Tencent's Ring of Elysium – and now Grasshopper Manufacture has just revealed that the bloody awesome Let It Die is releasing on PC on September 26, 2018.
The Let It Die Steam page is live so that you can wishlist the heck out of this survival action game with a twist. As you try to get to the top of a strange tower-like structure, fighting all manner of bad guys, you will eventually die… a lot. When you die, your character's “death data” is stored and passed along to other player's games, where it will appear as opponents called Haters.
Let It Die is violent, has nudity, profanity… Awesome! It also features a brilliant voice cast with actors such as Mark Hamill, Traci Lords, Verne Troyer and Daveigh Chase. Finally, it comes with multi-language support, so that you can play in English and Japanese with audio and text, but there is also text support for French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Originally released in December 2016 for PlayStation 4, the PC announcement was made in August 2018. Now, a month later, we are about to play this brutal gem.
