The cat is out of the bag. One of Grinding Gear Games' biggest announcements is out there, with the upcoming release of Path of Exile on PlayStation 4 in December 2018. We somewhat expected this, especially considering that someone in Taiwan leaked the whole thing.
Path of Exile will remain free-to-play just as it happens with the PC and Xbox One versions, and the developers promise to avoid the pitfalls of pay-to-win, something that for once we believe. At launch, Path of Exile PS4 is going to feature the largest expansion of 2018, also planned for the other platforms and scheduled for a December 7 release. This expansion will be announced during the coming days.
