Firefly Studios, the acclaimed developer of strategy MMO Stronghold Kingdoms has just revealed its new project. Titled Romans: Age of Caesar, this is a cross-platform MMO city builder for PC and mobile coming later this year.
In this game, players have to rebuild Rome by sharing resources, protecting their cities from barbarians and establishing trade routes. You and 15 other players will build, trade and fight together in the same city.
Pre-registration for the first closed alpha is now open at the official website, and there's a trailer to get you in the mood, but sadly no gameplay footage in sight.
Firefly Studios is also working on Stronghold Next, with a gameplay reveal planned for Spring 2019.
