Epic Games is teasing the Fortnite Battle Royale Season 9 for the first time with a picture on Twitter. The tagline “The Future is Unknown” accompanies the image.
Season 9 begins on May 9 and sci-fi seems to be the theme, something that sounds reasonable considering that Avengers: Endgame is all the rage right now – the Avengers x Fortnite crossover was received with plenty of enthusiasm.
Epic Games is somewhat under fire after the recent current and former staff allegations of toxic behavior and crunch culture. We don't know what measures were taken after this report, but here's hoping that the working environment is a bit healthier now.
