Nexon remains a hot topic since the founder showed interest in selling his controlling stake on the company, and the positive results from Q1 2019 are surely going to keep the flame alive.
The first quarter of 2019 brought revenues of ¥93.1 billion ($840 million), up 3% year-over-year as-reported, with a net income of ¥53.4 billion (482 million). The main “culprits” for these results were Dungeon&Fighter in China, MapleStory, KartRider and FIFA Online 4.
For Q2 2019, Nexon plans on releasing Overhit, Magia: Charmed Saga, Durango: Wild Lands (which is already available) and SINoALICE.
