PUBG Corporation has just announced that the free-to-play and low spec version of PUBG, a.k.a. PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is now expanding to Brazil and Turkey.
Currently in beta, PUBG Lite was first made available in Thailand, followed by SEA regions and Bangladesh in February, and Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau in March. PUBG Lite has three maps, Erangel, Miramar and Sanhok, as well as a training mode for 5 to 20 players.
The official website is now live and you can watch the announcement trailer below, as well as PUBG Lite's system requirements. A western release is highly likely and it could eventually heat up the fight with the king of free-to-play Battle Royale, Epic Games' Fortnite Battle Royale.
