CrimeCraft is another game that started its existence as a retail product, only to be released later as a free-to-play game. It takes a similar road as other games such as APB: Reloaded, The Lord of the Rings Online, Champions Online: Free For All or Dungeons and Dragons Online, and once again, the quality is there and free players get another nice addition to their list.

Players enter Sunrise City, a place in complete chaos and try to survive and build their reputation. They have to pick up jobs and missions to gain experience and money, entering some fast-paced third-person view combat. Graphics are great for a free-to-play game, something obvious considering its origins, and gameplay has a lot to offer. There’s crafting, dozens of skills, an in-game economy, clan-based multiplayer action, over a dozen different environments, PvP and PvE modes and much more.

CrimeCraft grows on you and shows its qualities over time. It’s also a game that is getting regular improvements from developer Vogster Entertainment, so it’s certainly worth a try.
