Siege Online is a free to play MMORPG and real-time strategy game set in a medieval world where civil wars are something that worry every villager. This game includes a unique strategic battle system that goes way beyond those seen in other strategy games where the player is more of a spectator than an active part. In Siege Online the rule set is fairly simple but it takes quite a bit of skill and tactical thinking to achieve success, much like in chess and with a deep consideration over the rock-paper-scissors type of combat. Players have to carefully prepare for combat and make difficult and fast decisions while on the battlefield.

Siege Online isn't just about combat, there is a lot more to this game, mainly a role-playing game aspect with quests, castle development and more. There are over 100 different buildings that you can build and upgrade, as well as an in-depth economy system with crafting, trading, mining, hunting and herb collecting. There's also a guild system and PvP areas where you can enter raids, forge alliances or try your skills at diplomacy.

Last but not least, Siege Online offers very decent visuals in full 3D, something that is still a rare thing among free to play strategy games.
