Noelle Hangout Event Unlock Requirements:

Adventure Rank 26 or higher
Finish the quests from chapter Song of the Dragon and Freedom

Hangout Events are what many players are labeling as the Genshin Impact dating sim game mode. Despite similarities to story quests, miHoYo has rightfully made these events their own thing, because you get to choose a dialogue option and influence how the story unfolds.

The Traveler first encounters Noelle in Act 1: Chivalric Training, after unlocking it with two story keys. You can replay parts of the event without needing more keys.

Follow the quest instructions to jump to the next dialogue choices – we'll only mention the options at your disposal, leaving all the questing and running to you. Some dialogue choices have the same effect, but we'll list them here anyway for the sake of continuity.
