Clue 1 (Locked): When you reach level 50, you can explore the scenery south to the Desolate City to get some Encounter clues.

Clue 3 (In Progress): You picked up a mysterious album. The thick album is full of beauty of Al Frieza, which should be the result of the owner's years of hard work. Find the owner of the album soon.

Unlocking the Ambitious Vision Encounter should be doable after level 50, as you explore the desert of Al Frieza, most especifically to the south of Desolate City. There's an item lost somewhere that triggers the Encounter, we'll tell you where it is.

You can find the Thick Album object to the west of the Glittering Insect Lair pillar of light, near the path that leads to Desolate City. The exact coordinates are [802, -2081]. Pick it up to trigger the Ambitious Vision Encounter.

Noah's Heart Ambitious Vision Encounter Guide

You can open your inventory and go into the Other tab to see the object, which mentions someone named Storm. If you look nearby, you'll see a character with an exclamation mark, that's the Storm you are looking for. Talk to her to give back the album and she offers to paint a picture of you, but she needs a photo as reference.

Automatically go to the Dune Sea Oasis scenery spot nearby by clicking on the Encounter mission from the Others tab. Return to Storm and hand over the picture, then wait for 10 real-time minutes while she paints.

When the countdown ends, talk to Storm and accept her creation, ending the Ambitious Vision Encounter and receiving 80 diamonds and a home furniture item.
