How to Unlock Noah's Heart Brace Up Encounter

While the Intelligence clue to unlock the Brace Up Encounter isn't entirely clear, it could be this one: “When you reach level 55 and complete the main story mission “Report”, you can go to Aquilaria Town to get some Encounter clues.

If that character level isn't working for you, the advice is always the same: level up, complete all available story missions, then return and try to trigger the Encounter.

When you get to the Analyzing stage by exploring Aquilaria Town, find the NPC named Dodo, he's the one with the afro haircut. His location can be found in the following coordinates: [-2893, 284]. Now ignore Dodo and approach the barrels right behind him, an interaction saying Horitz's Commission should pop up, use it to unlock the Brace Up anecdote.

Climb the stairs to the left of Dodo and run forward until you find Horitz, talk to him. It's time to cheer up Wilson, do this by accepting the Others tab mission [Encounter] Accept Horitz's commission and dance for Wilson. Them click on the updated mission to go talk to Wilson.

Your next move is to cheer up Alaric, follow the mission request for another energetic dance. To conclude the Brace Up Encounter all you have to do is return to Horitz and get him up to speed. Your rewards are 60 diamonds and a cooking recipe.
