Talk to Congya (also referred to as Zoya) again then go deliver the letter for him. Teleport to the Aquilaria Town Station and you can find Jarraud next to the light pillar, she is the train station worker and will send your letter. After giving her the letter, talk to her and you know it will take three days for a reply – luckily, time passes instantaneously, so talk to Jarraud again.

Return to Congya and give him Teresa's letter for the touching conclusion of this Encounter. You get 50 diamonds and a title as a reward.
