Clue 3 (In Progress): Deputy Knights Commander Victor ordered that Faust be brought back in one piece. You are recognized by Victor in the battle against Jester, therefore he assigned you with the task.

To unlock the Rescue Recruits Encounter you must complete a requirement that first asks you to complete the story of Gulf Stream City. After that you have to enter the Order of Knights HQ, which you can locate on the map as the brown circle on the Northeast side of Gulf Stream City. The Encounter starts as soon as you enter the building of the Order of Knights.

Inside the Order of Knights HQ, your first job is to talk to Victor – choose the Encounter dialogue option. After that you must exit the building and talk to the soldier in the left, George. He wants to test your skills and challenges you to climb to the roof of the Order of Knights HQ by using your grapple hook. Do it and collect the chest on top, if you haven't already. Then go back down and talk to George.

With that out of the way, now you have to head to the dungeon Red Brick Fort and rescue Faust. You can go there automatically by clicking the Ohters mission list [Encounter] Head for the Red Brick Fort and rescue the new recruit Faust.

While inside, win the various combats until you defeat the robot Flender. Faust is in that room, go talk to him. He wants to stay behind and fight, so you must keep going in the dungeon and fight the final boss Greg The Omniscience.

First and foremost, you should explore the world and unlock as many teleport spots a.k.a. portals as you can. Talk to every NPC that you find and explore every town, small or big, that you discover.

Leveling up is crucial as well, because level requirements are extremely common when it comes to unlocking Noah's Heart Encounters. Never stop leveling up your character and Phantoms.
