This allows for some terrific and unique builds, and that's what many players are shooting for right now. However, it would be helpful if we could know the full list of runes to plan ahead, hoping that the best loot comes our way and we can make the build we dream of. As you should know by now, runes in Undecember come in Skill and Link variety: the former are your traditional skills that you can use and upgrade, giving your Rune Hunter many options; the latter allows you to buff certain skills with many enticing options.
Furthermore, runes come in three stat types that you must carefully consider, also because there may be some level requirements to skill runes: strength, dexterity, and intelligence. We are going to start this Undecember runes list guide with the Skill runes.
Strength Skill Runes
Shout of Terror
All Weapons
Deals damage to enemies around the caster and dampens their armor. Enemies hit have a chance of being stunned.
Frost Wave

Emits Cold energy in front of the caster to deal damage to enemies.
Shield Charge

Charges forward to inflict Physical DMG on the enemy.
Combo
