Black Desert is free to play in Russian version, no IP block

After some teasing, Gamenet.ru was announced as the Black Desert Online Russian publisher, along with several details, some of them of major importance. First of all is the confirmation that Black Desert will be free to play, something that is a good indication that this game could use the same business model for the other known regions, Japan and South Korea. The Russian version won't have IP Block, so anyone will be able to try it out.

There will be PvP and PvE servers and there is talk of Oculus Rift support, but still no confirmation. Closed Beta will begin in December 2014, while the release is scheduled for January 2015.
