Bombergrounds Battle Royale release date revealed

The Bombergrounds Battle Royale release date was just revealed by developer Gigantic Duck. The cute but awfully explosive action game inspired by the Bomberman series is going to launch on March 6, 2020. The launch is targeting the PC (Steam), Mac, Android, and iOS platforms, with cross-play being supported.

The fine print does say that this release date is for the open beta or Early Access version, however you want to call it. This means that the game won't be feature complete, but it is going to bring enough content for you to blast away and have a great time.

Bombergrounds Battle Royale supports up to 25 players per match and as the name implies, it is the ultimate battle royale clash. You can play solo or in trios as the map shrinks and only the most skilled players will remain. Pick your character from a selection of fluffy but gritty animals, enter a map filled with boxes, trees, and other destructible assets, and bomb your way to victory.
