Just a quick heads-up to those who were interested in trying Boss Key Productions new and free-to-play 80's-inspired Battle Royale game Radical Heights. This game was revealed yesterday and is now live on Steam Early Access.
… And it's not doing great so far. The few reviews are in the negative (40%), and players are talking about a game where “half the buildings have no textures” and that is badly optimized. But let's make one thing clear here: of course it is badly optimized, the developers mentioned that this version is very raw and that the game should be in Early Access for a full year.
My main concern is that this could seriously hurt Radical Heights' potential – if there is any – to become a Fortnite Battle Royale competitor, as the negative ratings and very early build could stop other players from dropping some cash in the Founder's Pack.
Radical Heights is free right now, so if you want to help shape this game, you can download it and give it a go. Just don't buy LawBreakers, as that one is pretty much dead.
