Caravan Stories reaches the PS4 in North America on July 23

Aiming Inc. has announced the date for the official North American PlayStation 4 launch of its anime MMORPG Caravan Stories.

Previously announced for a somewhat vague July release, the full launch is now scheduled for July 23. However, you get to play the game about a week before, as Caravan Stories enters open beta on July 16.

Caravan Stories has its roots set deep on mobile devices, where it was released in Japan as a cross-platform MMORPG – PC was the other platform. Nonetheless, the graphics have a certain charm to them that makes you look past the obvious low polygon count and bad textures.

In Caravan Stories you start your adventure by choosing one of four playable races. Progress will unlock a fifth race and a sixth one will be added soon after launch. To take on the open world raids and dungeons you can form a party of up to six allies.
