Gala Lab is developing Eternal Blade, a free-to-play fast-paced action MMORPG with some lush landscapes and an accomplished anime style. The top-down view seems to be the best way to explore the dungeon-crawler land of Eternal Blade, but players are free to zoom to ground level and play as a regular MMO game.
Early reports by some players state that Eternal Blade is something of a new Ragnarok Online, which can only be a compliment in our book.
Gala-Net debuted the Eternal Blade webcomic, penned by Elisa “LeeLee” Scaldaferri, with three pages to begin with and the remaining nine to be unveiled during the following weeks. To wrap things up, a new trailer was released. The Sights and Sounds of Eternal Blade shows the towns, fields and dungeons that the players will explore… and where creatures will be smacked in the head.
Eternal Blade is scheduled for 2012.
