Fairy Tail: Hero’s Journey is now aiming for a Summer beta

We've been expecting Fairy Tail: Hero's Journey for a while now, since we're curious to see how this official Fairy Tail MMORPG is going to turn out. However, publisher GameSamba has missed the first closed beta date and for quite a bit of time, it seems – initially planned for late 2016, the studio is now aiming for summer 2017 (July/August), unless some unexpected issues occur.

The delay is in part due to polishing up all the artwork and getting things approved, processes that surely take some time, considering that this is an official game and everything probably has to go through the copyright owner Hiro Mashima/Kodansha Ltd.

As an apology to all the fans expecting this game – not that the studio was obliged to it -, GameSamba has revealed a new skill animation showing Erigor's wind wall.
