After a break of four years, the Festival of the Four Winds is returning to Guild Wars 2 on July 24. Her Royal Majesty Queen Jennah of Kryta, the Zephyrites, the Lionguard, and even the Black Lion Trading Company are cooperating to bring back this fan-favorite in-game event. Transportation to the festivities is easy, as special hot air balloons are stationed in each nation's capital city.
The Crown Pavilion is the place where players will be able to challenge recreations of vicious foes and legendary champions, through the group battle Boss Blitz and the solo Queen’s Gauntlet arena. Up there on the Labyrinthine Cliffs is where players can go to relax, meet with vendors and enjoy some entertaining events, as well as relaxing on the beach.
Some of these new adventures take full advantage of the new mounts, so make sure that you take your Griffon, Skimmer, or Springer for a ride.
