A new and extremely short gameplay video from Yoozoo Games' Game of Thrones: Winter is Coming shows a bit more of the strategies that you'll get to use.
Just as I expected, this game based on the hit HBO show will offer a tactical system that was seen in countless games. You pick your heroes, each one with a corresponding army, set the formation and watch everyone go at it like there is no tomorrow.
The video shows an unlikely alliance between Arya Stark, Sansa Stark, Robb Stark, Daenerys Targaryen and… erm… Raymond? Did I miss this character or was he just a minor piece in the show? Obviously, each hero has a specialty and there are counters to worry about.
Although there are skills for each hero, I can't tell if the player has any influence in its use or if everything unfolds in auto-mode.
Game of Thrones: Winter is Coming is a browser-based game, but judging by the looks of it, it could easily be a mobile game as well. Evidently, I doubt that this will be the game to make the television show justice.
