Ghost in the Shell: First Assault closed beta begins October 1

Nexon America has announced that the closed beta test for the upcoming shooter First Assault (or as it is mostly known, Ghost in the Shell Online: First Assault) begins October 1, 2015. The official announcement was made on the game's Facebook page and there are some sweepstakes going on for players who want to try their luck at getting a key.

Previously known as Ghost in the Shell Online: First Connection, this first-person shooter saw its name changed to First Assault and the Ghost in the Shell branding became a bit less visible, both in the game's promotion as well as in the logo. We don't know the reasoning behind this decision.
