Honkai Impact 3rd is getting a Neon Genesis Evangelion collaboration

Before Genshin Impact, there was Honkai Impact 3rd. MiHoYo's anime sci-fi game remains a hit among fans of action games, with over 200 million downloads on mobile devices and a PC version released in 2019. There have been a few collaborations with other franchises in the past. Now, the Honkai Impact 3rd X Neon Genesis Evangelion crossover event is coming soon, later this month to be more specific.

If you're an anime fan, you surely know that the Neon Genesis Evangelion is a celebrated Japanese anime. The mecha and sci-fi theme seem like the perfect fit for Honkai Impact 3rd, so we're curious to see what this crossover ends up looking like. We'll know for sure when it releases on January 21, 2021 for Android, iOS, and PC.
