KOG Studio’s Kurtzpel shows new PvP map Caverns of Kalyan

KOG Studio has invited us to take a walk into a cavern, but this is no touristic endeavor; this is in fact our first contact with Kurtzpel's PvP map Caverns of Kalyan.

The sober cel-shaded graphics seem like a perfect fit for this anime action brawler, putting functionality over aesthetics, while not skimping on the looks – the characters look great and move even better. It is worth noticing that this map gives us a nice idea of the thought that goes into the PvP, with a nice focus on verticality. However, do not worry if you want a story mode, as Kurtzpel has got you covered as well.

We've been expecting a beta date for Kurtzpel or even an hint at an English release, but we got nothing so far. South Korean players should get to try it before the end of 2018, but even that seems like a stretch at the moment.
