Lost Ark is spreading its wings and reaching more and more regions. Smilegate has just signed a partnership deal with publisher GameOn to release this acclaimed MMORPG in Japan.
GameOn is a Japanese subsidiary of Neowiz (of Bless Online… er… fame) and has published games such as TERA and ArcheAge in Japan. There is no release date for Lost Ark in Japan for now, so we'll have to sit tight and wait (thanks MMOCulture).
With Lost Ark now coming to Japan after Russia and China, not counting its original Korean launch, that doesn't leave many regions to be covered. There is Taiwan and adjacent countries as well, but apart from that I can't think of anything else…
… Oh, there are these continents called America and Europe, maybe Smilegate has heard of them before? Judging by his CEO's words, it has and Lost Ark is truly coming to NA and EU, but it's taking its sweet time.
On related news, the new Assassin class is coming to Lost Ark Korea. That's a surefire way to make us even more jealous.
