Onmyoji Early Access page is live on Steam

Onmyoji is a very successful strategy game in China, and after the release of the iOS and Android versions, the English PC release is almost on Steam.

Well, ‘almost', because the Onmyoji Steam page is in fact getting ready for the usual round of Early Access. According to developer NetEase, this period will last for a couple of months before the full launch, which is planned for Q1 2018. Onmyoji is going to be free-to-play on release and the developers promise “an updated and enhanced Onmyoji experience”, which includes high definition graphics and many of Japan's top voice actors.

You have some doubts? Well, check the names of some of them: Rie Kugimiya (Fullmetal Alchemist), Noriaki Sugiyama (Naruto), Miyuki Sawashiro (Di Gi Charat), Tatsuhisa Suzuki (Final Fantasy XV), Jun Fukuyama (Super Smash Bros), Nana Mizuki (Naruto), Akira Ishida (Neon Genesis Evangelion) and more.

Early Access begins this January and will feature “a bunch of gift events”. You can earn access to the game if you purchase one of two packs:

• Steam Exclusive Pack I ($ 4.99) includes: Kitsune Frame*1, Mystery Amulet*1, Jade*100.
• Steam Exclusive Pack II ($ 19.99) includes: Kitsune Frame*1, Emerald Plume Skin*1, Mystery Amulet*3, Jade*400.

Onmyoji is a turn-based fantasy strategy game about collecting shikigami, and there are about a hundred of them for now, with more coming further down the line.
