Really, Sega? Still no news on the long awaited PC version and you're already announcing Phantasy Star Online 2 for a 2016 release on PlayStation 4 and exclusive to Japan? Now that's the way to make all those fans who are impatiently waiting for updates on the western version crazy.
Anyway, that is most of what there is about it: Phantasy Star Online 2 on PS4 next year, Japan only. No word on other territories and even if there's already an English localization ready for this MMO (available in the Southeast Asia version), Sega is either still working on the western version (the last time we heard about it was nearly a year ago) or just hoping everyone forgets about it all of a sudden.
The original announcement was made in 2012 and since then many of us have died, married, had babies, moved to another country, completely forgotten about gaming altogether and many other things that can happen in several years.
We just hope Sega is still planning to pull a Blade & Soul on us this year, because the smell of vaporware is getting too strong.
