Tencent's acclaimed Battle Royale game Ring of Elysium is getting ready to welcome Season 2: Paradise Falls on January 16. With it comes something huge: the new Europa Island map.
Gone are the snowstorms of the original map, giving way to a beautiful island that features an active volcano. You can also expect three new characters, new weapons and new and rad means of transportation: BMX bikes, hang gliders, and grappling hooks. You will also be able to travel under the sea by driving the cross-harbor tunnel submarine.
But don't think that the Europa Island is all about sun and fun – there are several dynamic weather conditions that will affect gameplay: sunny, cloudy, heavy rain, thunderstorms, thick fog, high-speed winds, and intense typhoons.
Like the genre or not, this second Ring of Elysium map looks absolutely gorgeous, and the game isn't bad at all.
