TERA is one of those games which just seems to dream about the Summer all year long. That is why when the Summer Festival arrives on June 21, it's going to be heaps of fun, with sun, sand and… monsters.
TERA's Summer Festival for 2018 will run until Tuesday, July 31 and is going to include the Beach Bash, located on Dragonturtle Beach and Kerozen Isle and offering several mini-games that may or may not involve bashing. In the Splash Cannon Mini-Game, for example, you have to shoot water at demons for points, while in the Watermelon Mini-Game you have to smash watermelons blindfolded. There is another mini-game that involves collecting sand and building sandcastles.
If you head over to the Temple of the Sun in Balder’s Refuge, there are other mini-games waiting for you. These include fighting off monsters (doesn't sound too summer-ish to me…), cleaning up the consequent mess (again, busywork…), and then, if you can assemble all the ingredients, you can treat yourself to a nice iced dessert. Well, that sort of makes up for the hard work.
