Thatgamecompany’s Sky: Children of the Light launch is delayed by a week

If you're itching for another dose of emotional gameplay, you'll have to wait a while longer. Thatgamecompany has just announced a one-week delay of its upcoming whimsical game Sky: Children of the Light. You can expect the game on July 18, 2019.

This delay concerns Sky: Children of the Light's iOS version only, since this was the only one that was already pinned down. The game remains free to pre-order on the App Store, but it isn't an exclusive – versions for PC, console, Android and other Apple devices are in development and the launch timings should be announced soon.

Sky: Children of the Light is a spiritual sequel to the amazing hit Journey. It shares the art style and the magical trips, this time with a bigger focus on the social experience – you can solve puzzles and fly around with seven other players.
