Behaviour Interactive just announced the Founder's packs for the 3rd-person Massive Combat RPG Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade, as the studio describes it. You can see the packs here and learn that the cheapest costs $40 while the most expensive will leave you feeling $450 lighter. The good thing is that once you purchased the game you won't have to pay a subscription fee.
Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade is going to be available as a digital purchase but also as free-to-play, or “Free-to-Waagh!”, but with severe limitations – you can only play as an Ork character (there are five factions announced: Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, Orks, Eldar and The Tyranids) and although you can go anywhere and fight for the Waagh, some options will be locked off. You can unlock some of the missing options with micro-transactions. Read the FAQ for more details.
