World of Dragon Nest Academic class is coming soon

World of Dragon Nest is about to get a new class, the sixth for the open world anime MMORPG. Nexon Thailand is teasing the Academic with an interesting and lighthearted sentence: “You might be familiar with Loli girl, but we have Loli boy.” I guess they're not wrong. The World of Dragon Nest Academic class is coming on February 26, 2020 with the new update, but that's not all there is to it.

The Academic class is described as a time traveling genius child who decided to come from the future. They are versed in Alchemy and use it in remarkable ways during combat, with the help of powerful and innovative equipment.

Just as it happens with the remaining classes, the World of Dragon Nest Academic class isn't gender locked, so you can choose from male or female.

Moving on to other things that the February 26 update brings, you can expect a level cap increase from 50 to 70. This is quite a significant jump in combat power, so you can expect plenty of new gear to come with it. New bosses are making an appearance including Manticore, Vein, and Green Dragon, and Episode 4 of the story is released.

World of Dragon Nest released for SEA territories in January 2020, courtesy of Nexon Thailand. It is available for Android and iOS devices, but there are no official plans for a global launch so far.
